It is a single-suction, double-suction, single-stage or multi-stage vertical guide vane type or segmental long-shaft suspended casing pump. The CFD-optimized guide vane + centrifugal/mixed-flow/axial-flow impeller series structure ensures a hydraulic efficiency of over 80%. This product can be used to transport liquids such as clean water, rainwater, pit water, sewage, and seawater. It has various applications including industrial water supply and drainage, urban drinking water, domestic and fire-fighting water, process water, mine seepage water, and water intake from rivers, lakes, and the sea. It is widely used in oil wells, mines, offshore platforms, power plants, steel mills, water treatment plants, and other industries, as well as municipal water supply and drainage, farmland irrigation, flood control and drainage projects. Designed with special materials, it can withstand highly corrosive and high-wear conditions, and can transport media temperatures above 90℃. IV. Product Structure
The LVG high-efficiency vertical long-shaft pump is a vertical single-stage (multi-stage) centrifugal or oblique-flow pump with guide vanes.
The suction inlet is vertically downward, and the discharge outlet extends horizontally. The pump and motor are directly connected.
Viewed from the motor or right-angle gearbox end, the pump rotates counter-clockwise, requiring no vacuum for start-up.
The rotor assembly is available in two forms: removable (pump diameter 1000mm and above) and non-removable (pump diameter below 1000mm).
• According to the installation method, it is divided into single-casing pumps (pump and motor directly connected and installed on one
foundation layer) and double-casing pumps (pump and motor installed on two separate foundation layers).
• According to the structural type, there are pump discharge outlets above the installation foundation with the motor bearing axial force
(pump diameter 1000mm and above), pump discharge outlets below the installation foundation with the pump bearing axial force
(pump diameter below 1000mm), and pumps with external lubrication and self-lubrication.
• There are two types of pump suction tanks: wet pit and dry pit. Wet pit installation: The bottom of the pump is submerged in the suction tank.
Dry pit installation: The pump uses a pipe for water intake, and a 90° elbow-shaped inlet bend connects the pump suction inlet to the inlet pipe.
