Pipeline Booster Pump

The single-stage, single-suction vertical centrifugal pump is an energy-saving product designed by our company, utilizing the 

performance parameters of the IS-type centrifugal pump and the advantages of the vertical pump structure, strictly adhering 

to international standard ISO2858 and national standards. It is a novel vertical centrifugal pump that replaces conventional 

products such as the IS-type horizontal pump and the D-type pump.

Flow range: 1.5~1200 m³/h; Head range: 8-150 m; Available in over 250 specifications, including basic type, extended flow type, 

and A, B, and C cut-out types. Depending on the flow medium and temperature, we design and manufacture a series of hot 

water pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, and explosion-proof chemical pumps with the same performance parameters.

Product Features

1. Compact structure, small size, and attractive appearance. Its vertical structure enhances operational stability and lifespan.

2. Easy installation. With identical inlet and outlet diameters on the same line, it can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline,

 like a valve. The motor, with a rain cover, can be used outdoors. The pump is equipped with mounting feet for stable installation.

3. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. 

4. No Leakage:The motor uses low-noise bearings and is equipped with a non-stop lubrication device. The pump impeller has 

good dynamic and static balance, resulting in vibration-free operation and improved working environment.

5. Leak-Free Operation:The shaft seal uses a corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, solving the serious leakage problem 

of centrifugal pump packing seals, extending service life, and ensuring a clean and tidy operating site.

6. Easy Maintenance: No pipe disassembly is required. Simply remove the pump cover nut and take out the motor and transmission

 components for inspection and maintenance.

7. Versatile Installation:The pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, or in multiple ways according to site conditions. Parallel

 or series installation methods can be used to increase the required flow rate and head based on flow and head requirements.

Operating Conditions:

1. Maximum Operating Pressure of Pump System: <1.6MPa. (BD pump inlet pressure + pump head <1.6MPa). Please specify the 

system operating pressure when ordering. If the inlet pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, this should be specified separately when ordering 

so that the pump's flow parts and connecting parts can be made of cast steel during manufacturing. 

2. Applicable media: The medium for the clean water pump should be free of corrosive liquids and insoluble solids, with a volume 

not exceeding 0.1% of the unit volume and a particle size <0.2 mm. If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering.
