DG-D-MD-DF-DY multistage section centrifugal pump
This series of pumps are segmental multistage centrifugal pumps, employing the nationally recommended high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic model.
They offer advantages such as high efficiency and energy saving, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and
convenient installation and maintenance. By changing the pump material (or the material of the pump's flow-through parts), sealing method,
and adding a cooling system, they can transport hot water, oils, corrosive media, and media containing abrasives.
Type D pumps are designed for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water that do not contain solid
particles and have a temperature not exceeding 80℃. They are suitable for use in mining and urban water supply and drainage projects.
Type DG pumps are designed for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water that do not contain
solid particles and have a temperature not exceeding 105℃. They are used for boiler feedwater or transporting hot water or similar hot water media.
Type MD pumps are designed for transporting neutral mineral water (particle size less than 0.5 mm) with a solid particle content not exceeding 1.5%
and similar wastewater. The temperature of the transported medium should not exceed 80℃. They are suitable for applications such as steel plants,
mine drainage, and sewage transportation.
DF type pumps are designed for conveying corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature range of -20℃ to 105℃.
DY type pumps are used for conveying oils and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles, have a temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃,
and a viscosity less than 120 centipoise.
The permissible inlet pressure for all pump types is no more than 0.6 MPa.
